Your application will be reviewed once you have submitted all necessary forms as outlined on the online application. You must also remit a non-refundable application fee to cover the cost of processing your application. For applications filled out and submitted online, or by mail or fax the application fee is $50. All fees are to be submitted directly to Briercrest College and Seminary.

Your final official high school transcripts must also be forwarded to the Admissions office as soon as possible. Acceptance decisions on applications will be conditional until final official transcripts are received by the Admissions office. Transfer students from other post-secondary institutions should forward all applicable transcripts to be considered for transfer credits.

Once all forms are received by the Briercrest Admissions Office, your application will be forwarded to the Kaléo Staff at Camp Qwanoes, who will contact you to set up a brief phone interview. Applicants will be notified of an acceptance decision with another phone call from the Kaléo Staff at Camp Qwanoes. Formal acceptance letters will follow by mail from both Briercrest College and Camp Qwanoes, followed by a comprehensive acceptance information package from Camp Qwanoes.
