Kaléo has meant a lot to me. I've loved being able to be part of such a great community and spending a year intentionally trying to grow closer to God and learn about Him and the Bible. It's been an amazing year that I won't soon forget. The mission trip was one of my favourite parts of the year. I loved growing closer to the people who were part of my team, watching them grow, growing alongside them, doing new and hard things, and serving people. It was hard at times, but such an overwhelmingly positive experience. All the aspects of Kaléo are very intentionally designed and they work together so well. I've loved the balance of fun, learning, and community. This year has provided me a great foundation and taught me many strategies to continue to focus on God moving forward into the future.

This year has been one of the most forming years of my life. I have discovered more about what Christian living and faith looks like in daily living. This community and the classes have demonstrated what a Christlike community looks like.

The Kaléo program has been the most transformative period of my life. The intense nature of the program forces you to be stretched in ways that shape you spiritually, emotionally, relationally, and physically. I have come to learn things about myself and my faith journey that I had never thought about. Kaléo has changed my outlook on life. I now see the world and the people in it with new wonder and awe. God revealed to me things that he wanted me to work on and that I can fully trust in him to bring about the person that he wants me to become. I'm incredibly grateful for everything God has blessed me with experiencing this year, the growth that has begun and the new family that he has given me.

My experience at Kaléo has been incredibly shaping for my life. It has taught me what it truly means to be a disciple and a witness for Jesus. It has been a challenging year in many ways but has provided the tools to take on the challenge and overcome each obstacle in a way that brings you closer to God. I feel like a different person after Kaléo because I have learned that a need to be someone who surrenders to the will of God. This has been the best year of my life.

This was easily the most growth I have had in my entire life. The people, leaders, adventures, professors and location made this a prime year for growth. My spiritual growth between the classes, chapels, and leadership workshops was insane and I am so much more aware of how little I really know and so much more prepared to know go out into the world.
